Thunderbird Creek in the Highlands - Squamish, BC
Topshelf worked closely with Townline Homes and copywriter Geoff Vreeken on the design and marketing material for this lush 127-acre master planned community offering 25+ acres of protected parkland, stunning mountain views, and an extensive network of hiking and biking trails. Thunderbird Creek sold out completely in 2009.
The Watermark - Sechelt, BC
The six-storey Watermark buildings feature 104 luxury suites, as well as plenty of commercial space. Its contemporary concrete construction brings together elements of river rock and driftwood to create a structure that is beautiful, distinctive, and authentically Sunshine Coast. We worked closely with the developer, Seacliff Properties, to create a beautifully designed and effective print and web marketing campaign including; responsive website, print ads (in both local and Vancouver area), direct mail, sales centre graphics, site signage, stationary, presentation folders and more. The project officially 'sold-out' in early 2016.
Wakefield Beach - Sechelt, BC
We worked closely on this project with Groundswell to market this award winning community. This project sold out in 2009. Wakefield Beach is sunshine and outdoor living, neighbours and friends and a beach that changes by the hour. Situated on the Sunshine Coast, a scenic forty minute ferry ride from Horseshoe Bay, this 46 home community embodies life on the coast. Our scope of work on this project included design and production of all advertising, marketing material and website.
